How it works
Five stages, one audited pipeline
From a raw CSV to a rep on a live call with context - every stage writes an audit entry, and every dial re-checks the rules. Blankname is the console and the system of record; provider integrations run behind secure backend endpoints.
- Consent proof at import
- Eligibility re-checked at dial time
- Warm transfer with context
- Append-only audit trail
The pipeline
What happens between upload and handoff
Each stage hands the next one a decision it can defend later: who consented, what was said, when it was allowed, and where the call went.
Import with proof
Upload a CSV, map columns, then validate: phones normalized to E.164, duplicates and suppressed numbers rejected, consent date and source required, timezone inferred from state and ZIP.
Rejected rows come back with a reason so the list owner can fix them, not guess.
Let AI draft the script
Describe the campaign goal and Blankname writes the disclosure, intro and qualification questions in your tone - versioned and reviewable before a single call goes out.
AI disclosure is enforced by the editor; you can edit every word before approval.
Queue only eligible contacts
The scheduler prioritizes callback requests, then requested-later, then never-contacted, then retries - re-checking consent, suppression, local window and attempt caps at dequeue time.
Eligibility is re-evaluated at dial time, not at import time, so stale lists can't leak.
Run the call
Your carrier places the call; a realtime agent or a cached keypad menu runs the script. The AI listens, answers, detects intent and qualifies - every branch is authored by you.
Cadence mixes calls and SMS across up to ten steps with your own delays.
Transfer and follow up
Qualified leads warm-transfer to a licensed rep covering that state, with full context on screen. If everyone is busy, voicemail is captured, transcribed, summarized and turned into an SLA-tracked task.
Nothing is dropped: every outcome becomes a lead, a task or a suppression entry.
Checked before every dial
- Consent on file with date and source
- Number not on internal DNC or opt-out list
- Local time inside the contact's calling window
- Attempt cap for the campaign not exhausted
- Script version approved by compliance review
- Carrier connected and live mode explicitly unlocked
See it run on your own campaign
Tell us what you dial and we'll walk you through the console live: AI script generation, cadence and attempt caps, the compliance review gate, an AI smart engine call end to end, a warm transfer to a rep, and the cost per completed call at your volume.
