Example campaign

One real campaign, end to end

This is how a live outbound program actually runs in Blankname: how the campaign is set up, who is in the audience, when each person is contacted in their own timezone, and what the SMS plus call ladder does on every attempt.

  • Setup and guardrails
  • Audience with consent proof
  • Recipient-local timing
  • SMS + call cadence ladder

Stage 1

Campaign setup and guardrails

Every ceiling is set once, then enforced on each individual attempt. Nothing activates until the compliance checklist is signed.

Campaign
Winter Bill Relief - TX / FL
Goal
Book a solar consult or hand a hot lead to a rep
Mode
AI smart engine with keypad fallback
Caller ID
+1 (512) 555-0180 - owned number on Telnyx
Calling window
9:00 - 19:00 in the recipient's own timezone
Weekdays
Mon - Fri, no weekends
Attempt cap
4 attempts per contact, then the contact rests
Daily ceiling
250 attempts per day
Review gate
Compliance checklist signed before activation

Checked again on every attempt

  • Channel consent on file with date, source and proof
  • Not on the internal or global suppression list
  • Inside the recipient's local window and allowed weekday
  • Attempt cap not reached for this contact
  • Campaign still holds a signed compliance review

A contact that fails any check is parked with the failing rule recorded, never silently dropped.

Stage 2

The audience behind the numbers

155 contacts imported from a CSV: phones normalized, duplicates and suppressed numbers rejected, consent date and source required, timezone inferred from state and ZIP.

9 duplicates and 3 suppressed numbers rejected at import

Rows without a consent date and source never reach the queue

Each contact is dialed against their own clock, not yours

Stage 3

Call timing in the recipient's own hour

Answer rate is measured per local hour, weekday and state, then the best block is pushed back into the campaign window - clamped to your quiet hours.

Stage 4

The cadence ladder: SMS and calls together

Attempt N runs step N. Each step picks its own channel and its own delay, and the live counts show how far the campaign has walked the ladder.

Step 1 - SMS

immediately

Named intro text with the brand, the reason for contact and a STOP line. Sending it first lifts answer rates on the call that follows.

Contacts run

155

Step 2 - AI voice call

20 minutes later

AI opens with the disclosure, asks the qualification questions, scores the answer set and offers 1 to transfer or 2 to save the details.

Contacts run

155

Step 3 - SMS

next day

Only for contacts who never answered. One short nudge with a callback link, suppressed instantly on STOP.

Contacts run

96

Step 4 - AI voice call

day 3

Final attempt inside the local window. After this the attempt cap closes the contact out and no path can dial again.

Contacts run

61

Answer, qualify, opt out or request a callback and the ladder stops for that person immediately - later steps only exist for contacts still waiting on an outcome.

Stage 5

What the campaign produced

Every attempt writes a record: outcome, transcript, cost, keypad digit, transfer and rep. Nothing about the run has to be reconstructed later.

Transfer to a real agent

Keypad 1 or an AI-detected buying signal rings the eligible reps in priority order through your carrier, with the qualification summary on screen before they speak.

Or save it for a callback

If every rep is busy, the details, transcript and AI summary are saved as a lead with an SLA-tracked task, so a human calls back with the full context instead of starting over.

See it run on your own campaign

Tell us what you dial and we'll walk you through the console live: AI script generation, cadence and attempt caps, the compliance review gate, an AI smart engine call end to end, a warm transfer to a rep, and the cost per completed call at your volume.
